Pineapple concentrate for beverages, nectars and confectionery
Pineapple juice concentrate at 60° Brix is the workhorse of the tropical-beverage industry. One kilogram of concentrate reconstitutes into approximately 6 kg of single-strength juice at 12° Brix — dramatically cutting freight, storage and cold-chain costs for bottlers of pineapple nectars, tropical juice blends, RTD cocktails, mixers, jams and fruit-flavoured yoghurts.
Phaldhara offers both clarified (ultrafiltered, sparkling clear) and cloudy (naturally hazy, retaining pulp solids) formats. Clarified concentrate is preferred for clear beverages and mixers; cloudy is preferred where a natural, opaque fruit-forward profile is desired.
Specifications, packing and dispatch
Standard spec: 60° Brix ± 0.5, acidity 3.5–4.5% as citric, pH 3.3–3.8, colour amber (clarified) or pale yellow-cloudy. Custom Brix from 45–65° available on order. Preserved by freezing only — no added sulphur dioxide or benzoate.
Packing: 200 kg net in HDPE drums with LDPE liner, palletised on ISPM-15 wooden pallets, four drums per pallet, five pallets per 20-ft reefer (approx 20 MT payload). Dispatch from Nhava Sheva or Cochin. Lead time 15–20 days from PO to BL.
