The full range — tropical, orchard and exotic pulps

Beyond the flagship mango varieties, Phaldhara supplies pink and white guava pulp (10–12° Brix), lychee pulp (16–18° Brix), pomegranate pulp (14–16° Brix), papaya pulp (10–11° Brix), banana purée (22–24° Brix), pineapple pulp (12–14° Brix), and specialty Indian varieties like jamun, sapota, jackfruit and tamarind paste that are difficult to source anywhere else at export scale.

We also supply premium frozen purées where the aseptic format compromises texture: avocado (Hass), kiwi, and watermelon purée in frozen 10 kg pouches. All single-strength, no added sugar, no preservatives.

Aseptic vs frozen — which format for which application?

Aseptic pulp (bag-in-drum, ambient) is the industry standard for beverage bottlers, dairy formulators and jam makers who need long shelf life, no cold-chain, and consistent Brix across drums. It's the most cost-efficient format for volumes above 1 MT.

Frozen pulp (10 kg pouches, −18 °C) is preferred where fresh-fruit colour, aroma and enzyme activity are critical — for premium ice creams, patisserie, artisanal beverages and clean-label smoothies. Higher freight cost, but the sensory profile is closer to fresh fruit.

Frequently asked questions

How many fruit pulp varieties do you manufacture?

20+ single-strength varieties across mango, guava, pineapple, papaya, lychee, pomegranate, sapota, jamun, jackfruit, banana, apple, lemon, tamarind, watermelon, kiwi and avocado. See the full catalog for spec sheets on each.

What is the minimum order quantity for fruit pulp?

Standard MOQ per variety is 500 kg (two 215 kg drums). Mixed-variety FCL orders welcome from 5 MT — consolidate up to 20 MT in one 20-ft container.

What certifications do you hold?

FSSAI 21526036001171 (Government of India), APEDA registered exporter, HACCP, FSSC 22000 through partner plants. Kosher, Halal and Organic (NPOP + USDA/NOP + EU) available on specific varieties.

Do you supply private-label or custom Brix pulps?

Yes. We handle private-label retail packs (450 g / 850 g / 3 kg cans), custom Brix within processing tolerance, and blended pulps (e.g. 60:40 Alphonso:Totapuri) as co-packed programmes.

How is aseptic fruit pulp different from frozen pulp?

Aseptic pulp is pasteurised and hot-filled into pre-sterilised bags — stable at ambient (25–30 °C) for 18–24 months, no cold-chain needed. Frozen pulp preserves fresher colour and aroma but requires −18 °C throughout the supply chain and has 12–18 month shelf life.
