Frozen at peak ripeness

Berries are washed, sorted and individually quick frozen within hours of harvest, locking in colour, aroma, vitamin C and Brix — no added sugar, no preservatives.

Retail & bulk packing

1 kg printed retail pouches for modern trade and D2C brands, 10 kg poly-lined cartons for industrial buyers. Private-label packing available.

IQF strawberries for ice cream, bakery and smoothie brands

IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) freezes each strawberry separately at −30 to −40 °C, so berries stay free-flowing in the carton instead of forming a block. That means your production line can dose exact quantities without thawing the whole batch — critical for ice-cream ripples, fruit yogurts, muffin and pastry inclusions, smoothie packs and dessert toppings.

Phaldhara's frozen strawberries retain 90%+ of fresh-berry colour and firmness after thawing because fruit is processed at peak ripeness, never over-season. The result is consistent flavour and Brix across batches — something fresh strawberry supply chains simply cannot guarantee year-round.

Year-round supply, one accountable partner

Fresh strawberries in India are seasonal and price-volatile. Frozen strawberries from Phaldhara are available 12 months a year at stable contracted rates, with cold-chain dispatch from our Pune facility to any Indian metro within 48–72 hours. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering Brix, pH, microbiological counts and foreign-matter screening.

We support trial orders from 50 kg up to full reefer-container programmes. Retail customers get shelf-ready 1 kg pouches under the Phaldhara brand, marketed by Prosperon Exports (OPC) Private Limited, Pune; industrial buyers get 10 kg bulk cartons with custom labelling on request.

Frequently asked questions

What are IQF frozen strawberries?

IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) strawberries are berries frozen separately at −30 to −40 °C within hours of harvest. Each berry stays free-flowing, so you can pour exact quantities without thawing the whole pack — ideal for ice cream, bakery, dairy and smoothie production.

Are frozen strawberries as good as fresh?

For processing, often better. IQF strawberries are frozen at peak ripeness, locking in colour, aroma, vitamin C and Brix. They are available year-round at stable prices, with zero sorting waste — unlike fresh berries, which are seasonal and perishable.

What is the price of frozen strawberries in India?

Price depends on format (whole, sliced, pulp), grade and volume. Phaldhara quotes transparent INR pricing within 4 hours — share your format, monthly volume and delivery city for an exact rate.
