Phaldhara — a brand of Prosperon Exports (OPC) Private Limited — is a Pune-based fruit ingredient brand owner & exporter. We work directly with farmer clusters in Ratnagiri, Mahabaleshwar, Solapur, Chittoor and Muzaffarpur, and source through audited partner processing facilities in India for IQF, aseptic pulp and concentrate SKUs. Imported lines (berries, avocado, kiwi, citrus concentrates) are sourced from vetted growers in Chile, Serbia, Poland, Mexico and Brazil.

Our processing network
Goods are processed and packed at audited partner aseptic & IQF facilities in Maharashtra (Ratnagiri belt for mango, Mahabaleshwar for strawberry) and Andhra Pradesh (Chittoor for Totapuri). Co-packing partners operate vacuum deaeration, tubular pasteurisation, aseptic bag-in-drum filling and -40 °C IQF tunnels under FSSAI oversight. Buyer-specific certifications (FSSC 22000 / SGF / Kosher / Halal) can be arranged through certified co-packers on request.
