IQF Wild & Cultivated Blueberries

Phaldhara imports IQF blueberries for India's bakeries, ice-cream and yogurt brands, HoReCa and retail: wild blueberries for intense flavour and colour, cultivated blueberries for uniform size at lower cost. Free-flowing, 24-month shelf life, 1 kg retail and 10 kg bulk packs, batch COA, cold-chain dispatch from Pune. FSSAI 21526036001171.

Wild & cultivated grades

Wild blueberries — small, intensely flavoured, deep-coloured — for premium bakery, jams and mixes. Cultivated berries — larger, uniform, calibrated — for toppings and retail packs at better value.

Retail & bulk packs

1 kg printed retail packs for modern trade and D2C, 10 kg cartons for industrial lines. Retail pricing from ₹1,620/kg (wild) and ₹1,400/kg (cultivated) incl. GST invoice.

Imported cold-chain, one partner

Sourced from audited international growers, reefer-imported and warehoused at −18 °C, dispatched from Pune in insulated packing to any Indian metro.

Wild vs cultivated blueberries — which does your product need?

Wild (lowbush) blueberries are two to three times smaller with a denser flavour, thicker skin and dramatically stronger colour bleed — the choice for premium muffins, jams, compotes and smoothie blends where taste intensity matters. Cultivated (highbush) berries are larger and more uniform — ideal for visible toppings, frozen retail packs and yogurt cups where appearance and cost rule.

Phaldhara stocks both grades as IQF: berries frozen individually at −30 to −40 °C so they pour free-flowing. No clumped lumps, no block-chopping, exact dosing on the line.

Ordering blueberries in India without the import headache

Importing IQF fruit yourself means reefer bookings, customs, FSSAI import clearance and cold-storage contracts. Phaldhara takes all of that on: fruit arrives through audited channels, is warehoused at −18 °C and ships to you in insulated packing with COA and GST invoice.
